pinched nerve in knee

Question Posted Wednesday October 8 2008, 5:51 pm

I have a pinched nerve in my knee. And it hurts SO bad if I even rub my finger against it. How do I make it go away or at least make it stop hurting when I touch it?

put some ice on it for an hour and then put a heat wrap on it that should make it better.
