i hate my life.
My family is horible. My sister and brother constantly call me fat and ugly. I'm always in the position where it comes off like i'm the mistake of the family. I'm short tempered, but I can control it but not with them. It's like I can control it at school, with my friends and everywhere, just not with them. I don't know why. I've tryed to talk it out with them, but it comes up empty. I'm just really ready to be done with them. Tonight my school is having a bonfire where the whole school goes and celebrates for homecomming and i can't go. Then i'm grounded this weekend--with the homecoming dance. I'm grounded for 7 weeks, well now 5 because I asked why I was grounded for a weekend prior to that. Make sence? Anyway, I get this attitude. I don't know what to do. I have no one to talk to. I'm not suicidal. I want to go away to bording school, anything would be better than this.

I always wanted to go to boarding school too. I just thought it was a neat idea. ^_^
Anyway, to your question... That's really hard, when family seems to turn on you like that, but it sounds like you've simply reached a breaking point. Siblings are supposed to be mean like that. It helps you deal with people in life later (people are naturally cruel and hateful beings). My stepsister did similar to me a lot (she used to call me Samu, like Shamu the whale) but so did my dad and his excuse was always so that you know how to deal with it in the real world.
Your short fuse with your family is because you live with them. Trust me on this, nothing makes you hate people than living with them (ha ha). You need to sit down with whichever parent you feel closer to and tell them all this. How you can't stand being harassed and demeaned in your own home and how it makes you have a short temper. Also say that you don't think it's fair that you miss out on school things because you only go through high school once. I missed a lot of dances, bonfires and general fun in high school, and now I really wish I'd gone. Your parents will probably look at you funny, but if you're sincere it will hit them, and they should be a little more lenient with you.

If you want to go to bording school keep pushing for it. Also try to strength you self confidence by wearing things you normally wouldn't and getting out of your comfort zone alot. also when the grounding over try to get out of the house as much as possible and hold your tough completely around your family maybe that will make a tiny bit of a difference. but mainly i suggest working with your self image and confidence and trying to make your self seem worth wild before you try to show anyone else. Try not to let them faze you, make it see like your emotionless around them. when they see it no longer effects you it will stop or at any rate slow down and hopefully become rare. For the thing you got going on with your parents i would say just to stay clear of them, do what they say and don't give any options or else that might start something they don't like and through you back in grounding jail for another 7 weeks. (That Sucks!!) Hope it all works out and if you want to get away from them all bording school might be your best bet you never know. go after what you want and push towards your dreams also don't let them faze you when they you as you already found out they can take more power over you than they have.
