OK so I dont have my period but last wensday (for the first time ever) when I went to the bathroom I salw a little bit of blood in my underwear (not much, just a litte). I don't know what it is, and I dont think its discharge. It might be but I'm not sure. What do you think this is? Could it be my period (it only hapened once)?
Next time you go to the doctor's, bring it up if you're still concerned. Can't hurt to ask, and it might reassure you more than random strangers online. =] [ xlovexx463's advice column | Ask xlovexx463 A Question ]

When you first start out you will get just little drops every now and mthen..then when you get older.it will start flowing faster meaning you'll get more blood. Talk to you mom about it and see what she says!

solidadvice4teens answered Monday September 29 2008, 11:49 pm: Based on what you told us it sounds like your period. There doesn't have to be a lot of blood in your panties either to be it. Most accounts I've read/know of are of just a spot or two like you said you had. Later on it becomes more blood.
I would talk to your mom privately and tell her that you think you got your period at school but was confused. Tell her about it being a spot of blood rather than more than that. She's a woman and while it's embarrassing she was your age once and will know for sure what it was. I'm sure it was your period though.
