okkk. there is this kid, and hes a freshman, im a sophmore, and i kinda like him. and i think he likes me.. like he always looks at me on the bus, he used to like me in 8th grade.. he always like talks to me, and when i take walks past his house and my friend will be like, oh my god look hes looking at you from his window. and i dont knoww. hes really cute.
i dont know if id want to date him, because it'd be hard to date, like go on dates. since he cant drive..and i only have my temps, becuase my mom wouldn't let me get it right away.
Is he worth it? do you think he likes me? how do i get things going between us..

You don't need a driver's license to get to and from places. The bus will take you just about anywhere as would the subway. Many people younger and older than you date as well as get to places no problem by this method. That won't wash as a reason not to pursue this further.
Only you know if this is worth it. That's a question nobody but yourself has the answer to. You should get to know him though by talking to him at school, inviting him to parties etc. etc. or out with friends. Get his IM and e-mail and talk to him on it.
Talk to him about his interests and treat talking to jim like you would anybody else. If you find you click be honest with him and ask him where he feels this could go.
If he's always looking at you from his house, bus stop or in school it's a good chance he likes you. Boys don't waste time doing that otherwise. Also, tell your mother it's time for you to get your license and that you're going to study hard and be responsible. But, if you have to wait longer taking the bus with a boyfriend or alone won't kill you.
