High waisted skirt.

Im going to buy a high waisted skirt (probably a black one since t goes with everything) but I dont want it to look like i am going to work everyday when i wear it. It's spring here by the way as well, so how can i get a casual look with a high waisted skirt without looking too much like im going to work everyday?

I know that this might sound weird but, I have a high waisted skirt only mine has like detachable straps that looks like suspenders. When I go to work i wear them without the straps and for a night out i put the straps on them. Depending on where I am going I let them hang or put them over my shoulder. My point is if you are not sure about clothes when you are buying it, make sure you by an article of clothing that gives you maximum versatility. Hope that this helps!!!!!!!!!

k well if your gonna wear it then you need a top that doesnt look too perfesional you need a top thats cute yet casual and instead of heels wear flats you just have to make it look more casual by adding things to it like beaded jewlery and a nice top and hair and it will look awesome and trust me you wont look like your going to work it will look more like your in a fashion show or something just make it look unique and you should be fine i hope i helped good luck :)
