As for makeup, make it natural. A little concealer, set it with powder, some blush for a glowing look. Very, very subtly line your eyes using the thinnest line you can, then smudge. You're going for feminine, not hooker. Use a champagne colored shadow on your browbone and inner corner of your eyes, curl your lashes, apply mascara. For your lips, use a subtle shade of lipstick (something peachy or subtle pink), pat it on. Blot your lips with a tissue, repeat 3 times for a lip stain that will last all night. Apply a yummy flavored lip balm over it, like Smackers Strawberry, just in case. ;-)
Apply a SMALL amount of subtle perfume...try Victoria's Secret Vanilla Lace.
