so i like this guy and i want to ask him out! im 16 and we go to the same school but i have no clue what to say!!

Casually ask him if he'd like to "hang out." That takes a lot of pressure off the both of you. If you too don't know each other very well, movies may not be the best idea. It doesn't give you much of a chance to talk. You can go ice skating, go bowling, or do something like that. Sounds corny, but how will you ever get to know each other if you're just sitting in a dark movie theater where talking is looked down upon, how will you learn anything about him? And making out does not consist of learning about him :P. Anyway, good luck with the guy

for starts, try to pick somewhere more in public, like a movie or free skate.
and for the asking, just ask. either it works, or it doesnt. what you could is say something like... "hey *insert name* do you want to go skating with me next tuesday?" its that easy, replace skating with what ever you want.
