i wanna know how to shed off 15 pounds in a month. I'm at 150 and have a a lot of muscle but i want to weight 135. what sort of diets should i follow? THANKS!

There is not really a certian diet to follow. Just eat healthy and excersize. Just be careful that you don't lose the weight too fast. A healthy loss is about 2 pounds a day. Here is a website about dieting if you're intrested in exploring these further:
