rejecting food 16/f.
I wanted to lose like 3 pounds, so I ate really small meals for a week. Like, one meal. Ever since then, whenever I eat like something I get a stomach ache.. like just right now.. I ate a piece of watermelon, I felt fine, but then I ate another one, and now my stomach hurts.
My mom says im fine, but i dont know.
i'm not anorexic or anything..

You aren't anorexic yet, but what that means is that you are in the beginning stages of getting it. You HAVE to FORCE yourself to eat and your body will become used to food again. You shouldn't feel sick after a few days of eating normally. ]
I know you probably already realise this, but those kinds of diets are terrible. First of all a starvation diet will slow down your metabolism. Your body will go into starvation mode where it digests your muscle mass. Once you start eating normally (as you are trying to now), it will be much easier to gain weight and that weight will be largely fat.
Now, what you need to do is to recondition yourself to eat properly. Keep portion sizes small, particularly since your stomach hurts, but eat very often. Get used to eating every 3 hours or so, and eat a proper balanced meal each time (even if it is small).
By balanced I mean a meal that contains protein, carbs and fats (ideally the good kind i.e. not from animal products). Stick to healthy foods, low in saturated fats and moderate on carbs. That should minimise the damage from coming back into a normal diet.
Regular exercise will also help your metabolism, particularly if it is resistance training. However, I would not start any rigorous routines before you are able to hold down food well enough.
Consider also using supplements like meal replacement shakes and vitamins. It might be easier for you to hold down a meal if it is in liquid form. I would also throw in a multi vitamin pill every morning.
If this persists, then convince your mother to take you to a doctor.
Good luck. ]
