for a 13-14 year old girl, what is a good breakfast?
I usually eat Oatmeal but i dont wanna stick to oatmeal.
Oh by the way im trying to lose some weight. so i dont want anything heavy.

I usualy eat some cereal like honey bunches of oats or cherioes and then some fruit on the side and then some juice water or milk. Also bagels are good too. Any of those are light but they fill you up.
