my body.

Question Posted Thursday August 28 2008, 10:45 pm

my whole life, i have NEVER ever been happy with how I look. Ive always been a bit over weight, not extremely, but a little. I'm like 5'5 and probably like 170lbs...i would really like to look alot better. I got distracted during the summer and screwed my diet. But everytime I start a diet and keep with it, it always dies, and I always get depressed about it, because I was doing great, but i just didnt want to keep up with it because i was too lazy, or distracted, or busy. And I'm really jealous, I can't really get guys, I talk way too much, but like every guy is only into "skinny" girls. I would really like to like my body and for who i am. And i used to do swim team, because its good for my health, but to be honest, ive been doing it for over 6 years in the summer and winter, and quite frankly, im getting tired of it. So I need exercises that I can do everynight that will help me lose weight effectively =] i'm trying to lose my belly more than anything though, and my waist, and my thighs lol. I'm busy with other activities during the week too, so I dont want a HUGE workout everynight, I'm willing to workout an hour a night..is tht good enough? And of course im gonna diet with the food and everything...I just dont want to let myself again, for the gizillianth time...

it's good that you want to get in shape and don't worry about he skinny girls bc they prob are not happy with their own bodies even tho they are fine just the way they are.if swimming is getting old for you try and pick up another sport or join a gym near your area.and working out an hour a day it good for you.most the time diets don't work so stop trying them they only make you feel more depressed than when you started it and that's not good.instead try cutting down on some sweeties and carbs. you don't have to go crazy and cut them out all together just take it one step at a time.workout and change your diet slightly eat more greens instead of carbs or sweets.

An Hour a day is Very good, I work out aswell and i work out for an hour on my treadmille
Honeslty, losing your stomache isnt going to be so easy becuase its the hardest thing to lose in your body like when i started working out
my legs lost first and then later on my tummy went down ALOT You have to be determined and you have to motivate yourself everyday if you really want to do this because it isnt going to be easy,
Go on Youtube and look up some cardio exercises
and dont eat too much & Remember Never starve yourself, if your hungry eat something healthy such as Apples,Cucumbers & You know :)
Hope i helped.
