What is a physical because i have to take one to be in basketball

it's just a test that a doctor does to make sure you are healthy enough to play basketball.it's not that big of a deal everyone that plays sports ahs to take one before they can play any high school sport.i've had like 20 in my career it's no problem

For a sports physical you go to the doctor.
They check your blood pressure and weight
and things like that. Different doctors and
schools have different types of physicals.

Basically they want to make sure your body
can handle the stress and training required
to play a sport.
