You can't grow fast, but who cares if you need a booster seat? Short people are probably the most amazing people I know. I mean, if you watched the olympics, most of those female gymnasts are five feet and under. Hell, our own Shawn Johnson is your height and she's sixteen years old. Take pride in your height. Personally, I'd rather be four foot eight than be like six foot three, not that i am lol. But if people make fun of you, make fun of them for being so tall. Just be glad to be who you are.
Short people are amazing, just remember that.

Hate to break it to you, but theres no way to grow fast. It all in your genetic makeup. Don't listen to those fools. They're just too bored and cant find anything else to do but pick on you. If you show them you don't care about what they say, then they'll get over it.
