Girl Still Giving Me Extreme Problems
Hey, crazyone34! You answered a question a while ago about a girl who was being extremely rude to me and my friends. I had to spend a full two weeks with her at camp, and it did not go well at all. The only way I got by because I told her that my boyfriend and I weren't together anymore, which made her REALLY happy. Well, I'm afraid that all heck is going to break loose when school starts. She's already been spreading rumors about me, and she's called me a few 'choice' names online many times. I'm really ready to tell her to hit the road and stop hurting me and my friends. I've tried to repair the friendship at camp, but she basically told me that I wasn't worth it. What should I do now that I know there's no way she'd ever work this out peacefullly?

yep i remember this situation. Ok i'd say you need to remember who your true friends are. And it doesnt seem like shes one of them if shes constantly putting you down even when you try to patch things up.
Believe me, i know how hard and frustrating it can be to be at a lose-lose situation when it comes to people who dont seem to understand how their behavior is affecting you. I mean your trying to be the mature one and its not fair for you to have to keep trying and get nothing back in return.
I think youve tried enough here, and obviously she just doesnt respect you so as much as you might care abotu her you might have to end the friendship with her.
As for the rumors, just ignore them. When she sees that she isnt getting the satisfaction of hurting you she'll just quit and then she'll feel stupid. And if these other girls are your true friends, they wont pay attention or believe her. I know its hard but hold out, things will get better. And dont let her ruin your relationships. Date who you want.
