brown period and BLOATED for 3 months please help!!!
Hi im wondering if anyone can help. Ive been on the same pill for two years and have had normal periods, but for the past 3 months my period hasn't been normal. It has been very light and very dark brown in colour and more like discharge than blood, mostly there when I wipe. I have been very bloated especially this month as even when my 'period' has finished my stomach hasn't gone down, even when I wake up in the morning. I have also had headaches almost every day, which I don't nornaly suffer with.
Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this??

Have you ruled out pregnancy? Take a test just to be certain if you're sexually active in any way.
If it's negative, I'm assuming the symptoms could be caused by the pill, or something like stress/a change in your diet/new exercise regime/etc.
Noone here can fully diagnose you, so you should talk to your doctor to pinpoint exactly why it is happening.
