o0o0 ic i have some plugs but i didnt know when to put it. I took it off earlier should i put the plugs now? so if i take a shower do i still have to take the tapers/plugs out everyday? i cant use regular salt right? sorry for too much question >.<

When showering, no, you don't have to take out the plugs, just move them a bit in the water (so turn, move forwards and backwards).
Don't use regular salt..seriously. I mean proper sea salt. It should say that on the jar or whatever. And it's big grains...
It's cheap :P
To put in the plugs, you can either take out the tapers and put in the plugs or you can follow through with the plug. So you put the end of the plug against the fattest end of the taper and then just push out the taper and leaving the plug in the hole. (I hope that made sense...tell me if it didn't... :P)
In the future, I suggest putting the plugs in straight after you've put the taper through. It makes things easier.
For me it did anyway.
