Personally, I wear different PJs every night. I suppose it's how clean they feel to you. I've actually never heard of this until now. I just always assumed that I'd wear different ones every night, and so I have.

It really depends on the person. I change mine once every two weeks. But when I feel like my pajamas are smelly/dirty/etc. I change them.
