I personally would probably not wear the necktie. It reminds me of Avril Lavigne (not just because of the other answers you've gotten, I really do think that). Tank tops and shorts are okay. People might think you're a poser if you do the necktie thing. Do whatever you want though.

I think it's alright but I wouldn't wear that myself.I have my own type of style and so does
everyone else so ...if a person wore that to school
or some where I wouldn't really care because that
may be their style , and they may be comfortable wearing
something like that , and I don't have any reason to
say anything about it because people can wear what
they want and so can everyone else.
