i'm not a big fan of directions because i know what works best for me.
if you want to rinse it out, go ahead.

you can also try bedhead root softening spray that'll revive your hair. or any product on the shelf really. just read the directions and then decide what you want to do.

personally, i live by my biolage and beyond the zone products but i also do homemade things to my hair. and my hair always looks amazing, it's one thing i always get right.
