As a side note, Michael Phelps [that awesome swimmer you've probably seen on TV] eats 10,000 calories every day, but burns most of them all off with the amount of swimming he does.

That's not necessarily healthy though, because if you want to eat foods with a lot of fat or sugar then you can't really eat a lot throughout the day because they take up a lot of calories. Just think if you make healthier choices in your diet you can eat a wholleee lot more while consuming less calories, getting the nutrients you need, and feel full!
