whats a reasonable amount of weight to lose in a month? im five three and weigh 121 pounds. im looking to get in a little better shape for a wedding im going to. thanks.

The first person is right. You should only lose 2-3 pounds per week, and therefore you should only lose 8-12 pounds per month. That is, unless you're morbidly obese, but 121 pounds is not even close.

i lose a pound a day.. i feel fine. & have plenty of energy.. soo, i guess it depends on you. probably a pound or two a week is ok. and see how it affects you.

2lbs a week is actually the healthest way to lose trying to lose more then that in a week could actually make you lose energy and make you very sick good luck.:)
