Losin weight. So im 13 years old and ive been working out for 2 months now and ive seen SO MANY changes in my body and im eating healthier and stuff
Ive been trying very hard to lose weight and it was really worth my hard work
like id Speed walk an hour a day or 50 minutes a day and sweat like crazy
Alrite so heres my question
I Only eat like chips or chocalate Once a week, and i dont eat any junk food only one day a week and i only eat like a pack of small chips or like a small chocalate bar and thats it i dont want to starve myself until im skinny because im scared if i lose the weight ill gain it by having all the things i wanted to eat you know?
so should i just keep doing this, have a treat once a week?
or is it not good for me?

I agree with the answer below. There is nothing wrong with what you are doing. The occassional cheat meal or treat helps you psychologically. I wouldnt worry about it at all. ]
it's a great idea to keep giving yourself a treat every week. don't stop doing this, because if you deprive yourself too much it will definitely backfire. You sound like you're doing great so don't give up. and don't feel bad about that treat either, you deserve it, just make sure it isn't an everyday thing if you're really serious about weight loss ]
