heyyyy Im 13 years old and ive been working out for about 2 months now and i was just wonderin when you on ur period does it help you lose more weight since you work out and lose blood?

absolutely not. you don't lose that much blood on your period, and certainly not enough to count as weight loss. even if you were losing weight it would be under a pound and wouldn't make a difference with your body appearance. also, even if it did count, which it doesn't in any way, it would be like water weight. you would lose it very quickly but it would come back. so no. ]
(um, well, i am thinking 'no' because,
its really not blood, it kinda is but kinda isnt, sorry.. ^^;) -It's not the type of blood you have in your veins, i am afraid. If so, then maybe, but
it is something you have to lose anyway.
working out or not, i surely do not think you'll lose extra weight. ]
you only loose 3 tablespoons of blood during your period.. and when you work out, you gain muscle mass witch ways more then fat.. so unless your eating right and exercising with the right exercises your actually gaining more.. and you don't loose weight when you have your period.
