Im 13 years old and ive been working out for about 2 months now and i was just wonderin when you on ur period does it help you lose more weight since you work out and lose blood?

ohitscassidy answered Saturday August 16 2008, 11:04 pm: you only loose 3 tablespoons of blood during your period.. and when you work out, you gain muscle mass witch ways more then fat.. so unless your eating right and exercising with the right exercises your actually gaining more.. and you don't loose weight when you have your period.
