1. Just apply the concealer as normal, dotting it on with your fingers or a brush, then apply foundation. It stays on much longer this way.

3. Maybelline Superstay PowerGloss (make sure it's the gloss, not the lipstick one) is amazing.

4. Use one color at a time. Line your eyes, then, using a brush with long bristles (packs the color less densely for a sheer look) dust a small amount on your lids and blend, blend, blend.

Tips and tricks:
- Translucent powder is very, very useful. Put it on your lashes before mascara to help it stay on, under your lip gloss, use it to set your makeup. Amazing stuff. Also dust it under your eyes when applying eyeshadow if you have problems with it migrating, wipe off when you're done applying.
- Clear mascara is a must. Well grooomed brows really do make a huge difference. Use clear mascara to set your brows and mascara.
- Mineral makeup really is the best. I had my doubts but now I'm addicted.
- Sheerer is better, especially when you're young.

1.Dot the concelaer under your eyes and rub it in. Then when it's all rubbed in, you can out your foundation over that. I wear that every day and i don't cake make up on at all. Just don't go over board with the foundation.

2.Bare minerals and cover girl have some, i'm not sure how much cover girl's cost but bare minerals is $13 which is over your budget but only by $3.

3.COVERGIRL. They have some lip gloss that has a color on one end and a clear part on the other and you put the color on first and then the clear and it stays on all day.

4.You could put a medium dark color on your eyes and a darker color over that. Like, the dark just make one line on top of the medium color.

Hope this helps!

1. Use a power, and then use a liquid foundation/concealer. That's what I've found works best. Don't use a lot, only as much as you need. Less is more =]

2. I don't use foundation primer, or even really know anything about it so I can't answer this question.

3. Beauty Rush by Victoria's Secret. Hands down my favorite lip gloss out there.

4. Use only a LITTLE bit. Don't load it on so you look like a Barbie. And use colors that work well with your skin tone.

hope it helps =]
