The same was when I was driving semi-trucks, I seldom had to urinate the entire trip whether I was driving or in the sleeper while my co-driver drove, even though I drank maybe two gallons of water a day! But when I got to the truck stop, I had to go!
I do not know your diet or your habits, so I cannot comment on your eating and waste-passing situation. So long as you are not uncomfortable and are not forcing yourself to hold it in, for the most part, I would think it is utterly natural. I REALLY DO NOT THINK YOU CAN FORCE YOURSELF TO NOT DEFICATE, and if you do hold your urine in it will begin to ache and hurt like hell because you are not supposed to hold it in if it wants to come out!
