Hahaha! Well depends what you're doing doesn't it! If you're having sex or masterbating then what do you expect. Obviously it is normal or it wouldn't happen. You kids :)

If you're a girl, yeah, because women are generally multiorgasmic.
If you're a guy, its not unhealthy, its just, well honestly most guys can't get it up that much in a day without some severe motivation.
I'm a guy, and more than 4 in a day and I probably won't be horny again until I get some sleep.

But, if you're a girl, just to give my input of advice (because that's what this site is for. =]) girls can orgasim 15 times in one day and it can still be normal; Or they can hardly ever have one, and it can be considered normal.
Everyone girl is different with their bodies and for some females it's just really that easy and others it's almost impossible. 7 times isn't bad at all, I've heard girls say that they have way more than that in one day. =)
