my boyfriend is amazing at baseball but since its the sumemr hes been eating un healthy and not practcing at all or streching and his hip and shoulder hurt.
he knows that he has to get back into doing it. how can i help.
like when i see him if we go out to wendys or whereever to eat what should he get and if i go to his house what should i bring for him to eat. i just want to support him in any way so if u can help me out thanks!!!
berelus answered Wednesday August 13 2008, 2:22 pm: well you can by bring fruits,let him lots of water, and go take walk everyday. He can anything he wants but he shouldn't eat it everyday than thats how the fat come piling up.
