Personally I think there's no problem if both partners are enjoying the sex, but the thing is, if you are feeling more, you could get hurt in the end.
Don't have sex with him because you think it's the only way to receive any affection from him.
Then again, he might actually like you, and just not understand or feel comfortable to show you this any other way than through sex.
