Whats a really good deodorant for sweaty armpits?
Please tell me if you've tried it before.

EasyPeasy answered Sunday August 17 2008, 2:55 pm: As someone has pointed out, Certain Dri is a great solution. Although I haven't used it, I've used Drysol, which is pretty much the same thing. You put it on at night (not after shaving! this will burn!) a few times a week for the first few weeks, then gradually use it less often. Basically, you shouldn't ever have sweaty armpits, at all or even need to use deoderant. (Haha, although I still do, and I have no clue why.) When the effects wear off, just apply again. Be sure to wash it off the next morning (it can damage clothing if you don't) and follow the instructions!
Hey, if this and nothing else works, there's always surgery! Haha, just kidding, but there is a surgery for this. [ EasyPeasy's advice column | Ask EasyPeasy A Question ]
ADDiCT3DTOHiMx answered Wednesday August 13 2008, 2:15 pm: I have the same problem. So I would also recommend Secret Clinical Strength. I still sweat a little, but not nearly as much as I normally do. It's kind of a pain because you have to remember to apply it at night, but it will last all through the next day and still smell like you just put it on. They also just came out with the Secret Sport kind, so I'm going to try that one as well. Good luck! [ ADDiCT3DTOHiMx's advice column | Ask ADDiCT3DTOHiMx A Question ]

The Secret deodorants, the regular ones, don't stop me from sweating and their scents aren't great. Their scents don't last that long and they did little for sweat control.
Then there's Ban deodorants which I loved. Except for the fact they didn't stop all the sweat. There was a great smell the entire day and the only problem was sweat marks ):
After, I tried Secret Clinical Strength and it finally worked for me. Because I sweat more than the average person, I still sweated a bit after a run and excercising. But that's much better than a soaked tee shirt armpit area! Talk about embarassing. It worked pretty well, considering... [ amasparks's advice column | Ask amasparks A Question ]
vivalajam0x answered Tuesday August 12 2008, 8:08 pm: I find that Secret Clinical Strength works really well. I've only been using it for a week but today, I even went outside in the 85 degree heat and went for a run, my underarms were completely dry :) The rest of me was sweating but my underarms remained dry and fresh and clean smelling which, for me, is a miracle! :) The directions say to wear it at night but I've been putting it on after my morning shower too. I am not sure how it would work otherwise because my shower washes the deodorant off and I don't want to go without it. [ vivalajam0x's advice column | Ask vivalajam0x A Question ]
jean_nicole answered Tuesday August 12 2008, 6:37 pm: Certain Dri is a good one, the only problem is if you are a girl and are like me and shower/shave your underarms at night it will burn when you put it on because you put it on at bedtime. But if you shower in the morning or are a boy its fine and works great either way. [ jean_nicole's advice column | Ask jean_nicole A Question ]
