I saw that you answered someone else's question about the Juice Diet, and I was wondering.. what kind of juice do you use? and how long does it take for you to loose the weight? Thanks.

and i drink one in the morning afternoon and night around 6pm. the rest of the day i just drink water. and when i do that for 2 days it doesnt take a lot to loose weight obviously :]
you could also drink fresh orange juice or smth. it doesnt really matter. and you dont have to do it as bad as i do. I'm quite unpacient when it comes to loosing weight. it's just very important to drink loads of water and not just juice. you can also drink sparkling water because that makes your stomach feel quite full.
I lost about 4lbs though i think. the only thing you have to watch is your appitite after not eating for 2 days because when i did it the first time I ate sooo much the 3 rd day and then i threw up because it was too much for my body to handle :S
so eat slowly and drink water.
another thing you could try that may be a bit more effective is eating ONLY breakfast for about one week. like only eat about 2 slices of bread every moring or cereal but thats it and only drink water or juice for the rest of the day.
it really works quite well and isnt unhealthy. I read that doing smth like that for a week is actually quite healthy for your body as long as you dont overdue it.
