iPod vs. Zune
in your opinion, which is better: an ipod or a zune? also, which lasts longer? i need a new one and i want something that will last me years.

My friend has a zune and she likes it alot. It has cool pictures on it and you can personalize it and everything and she always has alot of fun with it so thats what i would recommend.

I would say that an iPod is better because they have really good troubleshooting advice if you go to their website. They may freeze a lot, but you can minimize that if you don't try to switch songs or things too quickly. It's like any computer- if you try to have too much going at once, it will freeze. If you are careful with it, it will last longer.
I've had my iPod for two years now, and it doesn't have ANY scratches on it. Granted, I keep it covered and I barely touch it without having something between my fingers and the iPod. If you are wary of what you're doing with it, and you don't drop it or do stupid things, it will last a long time.

I personally like ipods better, but that't just me, you can play games on them.. and itunes is so easy to use!

I personally like iPods better.
I've never had a Zune, but I have an iPod now. It just seems like iPods/iTunes is easier to use than the Zune and whatever software it comes with.

i have had my share of too many ipods, they freeze and break easily..my friend had a zune-they have better graphics [in my opinion] and they are more durable.
