GhoulOnParade answered Monday August 11 2008, 7:06 pm: I really like Urban Decay 24/7 pencil.
For me, and almost everyone else I know, it stays on for the entire day..no smudges (unless you smudge it purposely), it doesn't bleed everywhere, and I love it.
I'd definitely recommend it.
And someone gave this tip on a forum, I haven't tried it personally but apparently it works great for them.
"A trick I use (and love) is to use any old eyeliner, then go over it with damp eyeshadow. Sets it perfectly and wont come off until you want it to :] I use Urban Decay "Zero" eyeliner and Fyrinnae "Harlequin" eyshadow for the ultimate dark black."
You might want to try that out if just using the regular eyeliner doesn't work. :)

*This is for if you are putting the eye liner on the bottom. I doubt it would bleed from the top anyway*
1. Buy some powder foundation (that matches your skin tone of course)
2. Before you put your eye liner on, put a little powder below your lash line blend in the powder with your fingers
4. Apply the liner
5. Apply a little more powder and gently blend it in with a blush brush
That works amazing for me. You can find powder foundation at any local drugstore.
Also, if you want to try some new eyeliner, I recommend anything from Almay. Pencil eyeliners are the easiest to apply in my opinion. =] [ xlovexx463's advice column | Ask xlovexx463 A Question ]
