Are they friends or not?

Question Posted Sunday August 10 2008, 8:42 pm

My friends story:

It started off in a friends birthday
My friend lets call her Happy
She is very bright and the person that makes you smile, friend
She wanted to see if her friends would noticed if she was gone for a long time
She called this a game to her to see if they were friends that would worried for her
She went outside and hid somewhere, where no one would see
She waited for minutes and then she heard people yelling and my friend Happy knew that they had started hitting the pinata already
Happy still waited for them
Then a few minutes after the hitting of the pinata stopped she went back inside
By the time she went inside they already sang the birthday song to the birthday person
Happy went to a seat and just sat
2 minutes later her friends started to leave the party and Happy was like ok bye and she went home and just cried the whole day

Did you think her friends were her friends ?
Thanks for reading
I just want to see if they were really her friends

just because 'Happy's' friends didn't notice she was gone for five minutes doesn't mean they don't like her. it was somebody else's birthday party. all eyes were probably on the birthday girl. it isn't like the day was centered around Happy and nobody acknowledged her. so i don't think she should worry about it.

well i think that her friends probably were a little preoccupied with their time that they didn't realize she was gone. because this was a party, they probably were distracted by the pinata and cake/singing happy birthday to realize that their friend had gone missing. it's possible that some of the friends did look around for her to try and see if she was there but didn't think anything of her being gone for a little while because they saw her at the end of the party. people might've asked around to see if anyone had seen her, too, but forgot that they hadn't seen her when they saw her again and just didn't bring up not seeing her for a while.

i'm sure that they are friends, but just were a little distracted at the time to realize what had happened.
