I've always loved this tutorial on teasing, it has a more...teased look I guess you can say, more-so then the one picture you had, but I find this one to be simple and easy to follow and if you don't want it as teased you could comb it out more. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
There's also a video on youtube if you look up "punkrockdomestics" it will come up as "How I Tease My Hair" and it just explains it with her in a video doing it as she goes.
This might be more of what you're looking for, but for the full effect the girl doing the video needed layers in her hair and it'd look much more teased and a lot better. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

My hair is naturally wavy and I shower at night, comb it straight, let it dry about halfway, tie it up in a sooperhigh messy bun [get volume on top and it doesnt hurt to sleep on lol]. When I wake up I just straighten and tease where needed :DD
experimenting is a must, i know it took me practice to make my hair work
I just use a regular finetoothed comb. You can buy them pretty much anywhere.
Also; in the morning I sometimes spray my layers with a bit of cold water, and work in a bit of wax or SmallTalk 3in1 by bedhead. It does wonders :]
hah this was a fun question ^^ lol [ xxDearLee's advice column | Ask xxDearLee A Question ]
