sleep issues

well i have had this problem with falling asleep lately. i try really hard to relax and clear my mind, but it takes forever until i finally get to sleep. i have a set time when i get to bed and when i wake up. i even do this on weekends. i even try to set the time a little earlier since it does take longer.

lately when i've been waking up, i've been really tired and i don't feel rested. does anyone have any ways of getting to sleep?

I too have sleeping problems. Sounds like it could be an adrenal problem or perhaps a thyroid problem. Have both checked out. You might need to see a nutritionist for some answers. There are some homeopathic things at a healthfood store, just ask the clerks and they can steer you to them.

Chamomile tea or warm milk usually does the trick. Another thing you can try is to get up and do something really boring (homework, maybe?).
