well i have had this problem with falling asleep lately. i try really hard to relax and clear my mind, but it takes forever until i finally get to sleep. i have a set time when i get to bed and when i wake up. i even do this on weekends. i even try to set the time a little earlier since it does take longer.
lately when i've been waking up, i've been really tired and i don't feel rested. does anyone have any ways of getting to sleep?
Mickie answered Friday August 8 2008, 6:34 pm: I too have sleeping problems. Sounds like it could be an adrenal problem or perhaps a thyroid problem. Have both checked out. You might need to see a nutritionist for some answers. There are some homeopathic things at a healthfood store, just ask the clerks and they can steer you to them.
