To be best of my knowledge, I heard that Zoey 101 was canceled because of Jamie getting pregnant. Whether or not that is permanent is debatable. If it takes too long for her to recover from the pregnancy and such, well then they might not bring it back because she might be too old by then.
Drake and Josh is DEFINITELY over. For one, Miranda Cosgrove is working on iCarly now, and there's really no way she could do TWO shows on TV. Also, Josh has started working in movies and such and he's well on his career already and doing a TV show would prevent him from doing movies. Drake is also in movies now, and obviously he has a music career, too that would interfere.
Plus there's the fact that they are both getting too old for the show ;].
I was listening to a local radio station, and Josh was a guest, and he said that the show is finished.
I gotta add that I really liked that show ;]

i saw it on the conan o'brian show, drake said it's over. they're getting too old for the show.
as for zoey 101, there'll be more episodes. jamie lynn obviously is busy with the baby, but once she gets in shape it'll be back. i don't know WHEN it'll be back, i just know that it WILL be back, sorry.

I'm not exactly sure. There probably won't be any more Zoey 101, well at least not for a while anyways considering Jamie Lynn just had her baby and she probably won't have time.
As for Drake and Josh, Drake is into his whole singing career now, so more than likely probably not.
I haven't heard anything so far but those are my guesses anyways.
