Hi, im 4'11 and I weigh 140 pounds.I've been going though depression so I basically just gave up on myself.But now Im going back to school and I have a new job and I really want to lose 20 pounds.What are some good foods to eat to lose weight quickly?
Everything you eat, cut it in half. If you would normally have two eggs, two pieces of toast, 4 slices of bacon in the morning.. then eat one egg, one piece of toast, and ONE piece of bacon! Cutting meals in half really do make a difference.
If you get hungry throughout the day and want a snack, eat lots of fruit and veggies! Apples, Grapes, Oranges, Etc.
Also, Grapefruit really does help lose weight.
Another thing is, just excersize! Riding bikes, jogging, walking everywhere instead of riding in a car, really helps.
