how old do you have to be to get a tattoo in texas is it 17 or 18?

If you have your parents come in with you and/or sign a sheet, you can get it at any age. but the age that anyone is considered an adult is 18. So 18.

With your parents signature, it's whenever.
But without a signature, it's 18.
