Like Stargirl said take some deep breaths. Loosen up. you know. Think of positive things. Like when you are walking through school, think about
"today I a going to have a good day"

Hope that helps, unicyclegurl

Breathe.

I know. It's strange to hear but take a moment and just take in several deep breaths. Concentrate only on inhaling through the nose and filling up your lungs from the bottom of your diaphragm to the top then exhaling through your nose starting from the bottom of your diaphragm to the top of your lungs.

You could also take anxiety classes/workshops that are available.

But it sounds like you just need to breath and settle yourself back into the moment.

cheers,
stargirl
