One sided love would be like one person loves the other, but the other dosen't feel the same way. Two sided would be that both people loved each other (aka, in love).

My understanding of this is that a one-sided love is when you love a person that does not return the feeling. Two-sided is when you both love each other. Hope that answers your question.
