hey i saw one of your answers how you lost ten pounds by using the 2,500 calories a day.
how long did that take?

ok first you need to confuse your metabolism making yourself lose weight. Now to do this people who want to lose weight have 2500 calories a day. They do this by having things that will speed their metabolism. So you need to decided either 2000 or 2500 calories a day. It could also be something in between. When you follow the calories then your ready to have an hour a day of excercise. That is how you lose the weight and stay fit.
