I completly understand you. This is the same way I feel. A way you can make you boobs 'look' bigger it by buying a 34 and 36 a push up bra. Which ever fits better I would recomend 34 because it's smaller and you will fill it out for sure. Sadly there is no way to actually make them grow. You are right though. They will grow on there own. Hope his helped. There is also a way... It may sond weird but take a few klenix tissues and fold them into a square put one or two squares in each side. It won't over do it but it will make your boobs look bigger when they look very small. I hoped this helped and if you need anything just ask! :)

The safest way to make you're boob's grow is to let the develope themselves in the way you're body groth will handle it, never be ashame of any part of you're body, The Creator created all thing's in this and all world's, there for give thank's that what ever boob's you have are of a normal being, and that you don't have any deformation, take you're time, it seem's like you're in a hurry to impress men, so what you have on you should be appreceated, some brest develop more after the female firse pregnancy.
play it safe and don't get into body problem's.

There is no safe way of making them grow. Especially at your age. Trust me, as a woman whose boobies didn't show up til her 20's, I do feel your pain.

But you gotta take a look around. Today's fashion sense is aimed for the ladies rocking A cups. Like those rocker tees and the 'save the world' shirts.

You could also induce the illusion of boobs with a push up bra or halter tops. If you're particularly skinny (which, methinks you are), a halter top is a good way of faking boobs without making the rest of you look like a stick.

I've also heard drinking milk every day and massaging your breasts to increase blood flow helps the growing. But it seems like an old wive's tale to me.

Don't worry about the boobies department! You might just be a late bloomer!

cheers,
stargirl
