Well I don't know if you have a Burlington Coat Factory around you, but they have really cute stuff. I got a really cute bathing suit that was really different not like alot of bathing suits you see and it was only $15.

Target has really cute bathing suits. Old Navy is also good. They're both pretty cheap, and have a good selection.

i know you asked for no common stores but i get all my bathing suits from target. they have great quality, low prices from 10-20 dollars and you can mix and match bottoms and tops i think.

I usually only buy bikinis from hollister, american eagle & abercrombie.
I'm not really sure if you can return them, But I know at hollister you can
exchange them as long as they haven't been worn & you have your reciet.
