Although if you're too lazy to click on the link and fish through to see what works (and believe me, we all have those days), I can offer a diet/exercise regimen that is healthy AND works.
First off, don't compare yourself to others. It'll only cause health issues and heartbreak.
Second, have you tried eating about 5 or 6 times a day?
Yes, I am serious. A solid breakfast within 3 hours of waking up, a snack 3 hours later, a light lunch 3 hours after that, a snack 3 hours after that, and dinner 3 hours after that. And no eating 4 hours before bedtime. What this does is it jump starts your metabolism by getting your body used to breaking down food constantly instead of starving yourself, then gorge, then starving, and gorging. Eat in small portions. Like kid sized portions.
Third, are you active?
Walking, biking, sit ups, push ups, the works. No, I'm not telling you to dedicate and slave yourself to a militaristic regimen. Another good idea (especially if you're one of those busy bees) is to work out 15 minutes straight every day. 7 days a week. You can spend 15 minutes hula hooping. It doesn't matter. Just 15 solid minutes of working out. If you want to do more, go for 30 a day. Just make sure you do them every day. If you only work out on the weekends, it doesn't benefit your health or your weight. Weekend workouts is what it feels like: Torture and punishment to your body.
And drink plenty of water and milk! Water keeps you hydrated and milk builds strong bones!
Don't expect results in a week. Let's be honest. In real life, results don't show up til...at least 3 weeks. Maybe a whole month or even more! The point of this is to live a healthier lifestyle. Looking good is just a benefit.
