what is it?
right around my elbow there's like a ring of these bumps, and it itches.
does anyone what it is or what could have caused this?

We are not doctors here, and since we can't physically see it, we cant' give you a definite answer. It could be a variety of things. I'd suggest getting it checked out by a doctor or dermatologist.
But for now, just keep the area clean and try using an anti itch cream.

Maybe it's Eczema, I have it and you need to go to a doctor to fully treat it. There, better answer for you?

I used to have the same thing on my ankle. I believe it is a skin problem, or that what my doctor told me. Use antibiotic cream. This could of happened by touching an animal that was carrying something, or an elegiac reaction to something else. It might also be ring worm so go to the doctors as soon as possible to see if he or she has any special medicine to take care of it.

It could be piosen ivy or piosen oak so i would get it checked out and some medicine. Hope this helps!
