how do you delete a song from your itunes library? i've tried everything, pressing the delete key on the keyboard, right clicking, going to the menu.. i can't figure it out.

If you're trying to delete a song you can't be trying to delete it from a playlist. You have to be in your music library.

For me, it works to right click and then choose delete. If it's not working, reboot your computer. If it still doesn't work, make sure you have the most recent version of iTunes. I think they just came out with an update pretty recently.

just click on the song, go to edit and delete, when the window pops up you hit remove. I just tried it on mine and it worked. Don't use the delete button the keyboard. Just use toolbar and go to edit.
