I have a very true phobia of cotton. It's called Bambakophobia. I have such a huge problem with it. I've had it for many years and it makes doing certain things very difficult. I just can't stand the feeling. It makes me get shivers, feel sick, and freak out.
Not many people believe me when they hear this.
My question is, Is there anything I can do to cure this phobia at all?

I'm afraid you'll need to see a psychiatrist regularly if you want to cure yourself of a phobia.
The process is known as systematic desensitisation.
Basically, it's gradual exposure to cotton and cotton related things until, eventually, you get used to it and are no longer bothered by it.
This could take a long time though, depending how severe your phobia is. Be prepared for a long journey.
