Rosie2000 answered Sunday July 20 2008, 8:15 pm: i have terrible anxiety. i am akward around my friends... but they understand.. show them who you are. be helpful.. your smart help them be the friend that they can always lean on.. you dotn have to be a huge joker or be the most enthusiastic person in the world. you can have a great time in school without trying to become a prom princess. try to smile everytime you look into a mirror. and when you shower try to smile the entire time( i went to a therapist who told me to do this because we feel vulnerble at that time and to smile.. even till our faces hurt can help alot). but dont worry about that because it till make it worse. dont focus on it. im positive you have wounderful qualities people look for in friends. try to be out going and there for people. people will want to be life long friends with you.
