i'm 16. female. 118 pounds.

i run alot..and bicycle..and elliptical..and arm weights..and do different ab exercises. altogether it takes me about 2 hours a night.

how many calories should i be eating a day to lose a little pudge in my lower stomach and upper thighs?

Are you ok? 118 pounds is a GOOD WEIGHT. Relax. Please. You really don't need to lose weight. Believe me counting calories is a BAD way to live. The best way to lose weight (if you insist) is (obviously eat on the healthy side) but the MINUTE you start to get full stop. Even if you haven't finished. When you get full stop. Also snacking a lot rather then eating big meals helps.

You need to eat 500 less calories than you burn, to lose a pound in a week.
