underarms and legs

when i shave my under arms it is never completely smooth and if it is then i can still sorta see the black hair under the skin, i guess its the best way to describe it what can i do?
and
the hair on my underarms and legs grows fast
like i need to shave every day to keep it 100% smooth but the most i can go is like 3-4 days in the summer. why is that and is there anything i can do besides waxing and lasers?

Got bad news. My daughter has the same dilemma. Unfortunately for her she got her genes from me and not wife. My wife shaves once a month. I have a lot of hair and need to shave every day. My oldest daughter takes after my wife. Same with shaving. The middle daughter has more hair on her arms than the other two. The youngest got it on the legs. Use a triple edge blade and you can get another 1/2 day. Laser removal is the only permanent solution.

Make sure you're using a shave gel when you shave, and that after you get out of the shower or finish shaving you put lotion on.

I think its the same for most women. I also have to shave every day for my legs and underarms to be completely smooth. Its the best you can do, unless you want to go to a beauty salon and get a wax. It shouldnt grow back as fast, should take a long longer than a day to grow back. But waxing doesnt feel good lol but at least you can be nice and smooth :P
